We LOVE it here! We have been coming here for over 15 years and will keep coming back. Condo is great as it is in the middle of the building, very quiet, great view and very clean. The beach is fantastic and we love the pool by the beach as well. Also, we love the fact that you can walk to several places to eat and everything you need is a short drive from groceries, spirits, pharmacy, shopping, great food and atmosphere and entertainment. We will be back and especially to this unit! We LOVE it!

We had a great stay at 804 Leeward Key. Gulf views were beautiful. Pools were clean along with the property. Great location that was close to restaurants and stores/shops. Access to the beach was very close. Free beach umbrella and chairs were a great plus. Would definitely stay again. (VRBO Review)

Destin is such a beautiful place to visit and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect - within walking distance of two restaurants, a sidewalk for running/ biking/ walking, two pools, one of which overlooks the beach, grills, etc. Grocery stores and shopping nearby. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was just as advertised. Everything was present to be comfortable. The view was incredible, access to pool and beach easy. Location was great, in a non commercial area, but close enough to Whole Foods, etc. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, comfortable & clean. Spouse a Veteran was not able to physically walk on the beach so excellent view for him to enjoy from the balcony. Elevators convenient. If I had a negative the spare bedroom had a little noise from elevator beeps through the night & early morning. Not much can be done for that with location of condo. Property manager very quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely use property managers again & rerent this condo! Thank you

This was our 2nd time staying at LWK 804. We love the location and convenience. Especially being pet friendly. The unit is very clean, great quality utensils and plates, I may suggest that the owner can provide new frying pans. During our pandemic stay this time, we cooked more often than eating out. The umbrella guys ( John & Ian) are very helpful too. Remember to set aside some cash to tip them. We also enjoyed using the big pool behind the building while hubby grilled our dinner. A plus that LWK provided 2 big gas grills. We really enjoyed our stay. LWK will always be our first choice of accommodation every time we visit Destin.

The location of this property is perfect. It is convenient to Destin and it is a quiet complex. We enjoyed both pools and they were always clean. We noticed that daily someone was always there cleaning the property and making sure everything was in order. You could tell the had recently repainted too. It seems the HOA really takes care of the complex. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. We would definitely stay there again!

This LWK 804 is the place to stay. The condo was sparkling clean upon our “check in”. The keyless entrance was convenient. And the property provided luggage carts so unloading our luggages was a breeze. We cooked most of the time, went to the fish market and got fresh shrimps. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with decent quality of pots, pans, plates and utensils. Which we really appreciate. But most of all, was the condo’s ocean front view. It was priceless to wake up every morning to see that view. We enjoyed our coffee and wine on that patio. Walking to the beach was so easy (just don’t forget your amenities bracelet). The beach chair and umbrella was provided as early as 9:00 am. Make sure you bring some cash to tip the beach boys at the end of the day. Having two pools was great too. Our children can go back and forth between the beach and pool at any time. The bigger pool at the other side of the building is bigger. So we usually go there, while my hubby grilled dinner. A plus is that Kenny D’s Restaurant right next to LWK. They have the best gumbo & fresh oysters! Renee was very responsive too. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and she sent someone right away. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We will definitely book this unit again the next time we visit Destin.

We stayed for an entire week and it was incredible! The condo has amazing views from everywhere including the porch, living room/dinning room and master bedroom. Amenities included 2 pools one of which was right on the ocean. Community grills by the pool were useful as well. Easy access to and from the beach. We very much look forward to staying here again!

Condo was great and in a terrific location. Private beach was directly across the street with controlled access. Plenty of sidewalks in the area to walk to restaurants. The property was incredibly pet friendly as there were numerous pets in the building. Never had to wait on an elevator. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.

My husband and I stay in Leeward Key 804 for one week every May. We also take our Maltese with us. The condo is very comfortable and decorated tastefully. We love it!

My husband, son, and I just recently stayed for a week in 804 at Leeward Key. We also brought along our two dogs. We loved it! With the condo not having too many rooms, it less crowded. The two pools were great, especially having one right at the beach! Plenty of space in the condo and glad there was a king bed for our teenage son. Hope to be back next year.
