Our family of 6 has stayed at Leeward Keys 1203 several years. The views are magnificent! The condo is beautifully decorated and we feel like we are home while there! Clean! Clean! Clean!! 
We have always stayed during peak season and the elevator has always given us quick efficient service! If we needed anything we have always gotten a quick response from the office. We cannot seem to stay in other condos because we LOVE this one so much :-) - (May 2024 - VRBO)

Stunning view of the Gulf

Great property. Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great balcony furniture and the view was incredible. Kenny D's restaurant right below property was perfect lunch/dinner destination. Easy walk across the road to the beach. Towels provided were not as clean as I would prefer so I washed them upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this unit. - (Apr 2024 - VRBO)

We stayed at this beautifully decorated Unit 1203 at Leeward Key several times. Each time is a unique and incredible experience. The beach is just a few steps across the street and what a beach - with powder white sand. The condo is also within easy walking distance of several great restaurants. The condo is centrally located. Fantastic property! Leeway Key 1005 is top notch!

Loved this rental! It was amazing and the perfect size. I would highly recommend this unit to others. It is everything as described. I booked for my husband, teen, and myself, and at last hour another couple and teen joined us; we fit perfectly with pullout couch. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and a great location. Beach is beautiful. Balcony has the best view and lovely for morning coffee and breakfast. Grills available in parking lot behind pool, which makes for great grilling in evening. Look no further, place is FAB! - (Apr 2023 - VRBO)

This property was lovely and as advertised. The beach was close enough for my elderly mom to walk to and the area was less busy than the heart of Destin -- perfect for what we needed.
