Maravilla 2409
There are few complexes, hotels or condos in Destin that are as beloved as Maravilla. With entrances from Scenic Gulf Drive and US Highway 98, Maravilla is very easy to access. Unit 2409 is in building 2 with a direct beach front view. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. This condo is offered at the lowest rate available for our Maravilla Gulf front rentals. Guests love being able to have a great view of both the pool and the beach from this unit. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.
***Maravilla will be having exterior painting done thru Spring Break. Updates and painting on the balcony side of our building are completed and will not disrupt guest use of balcony***

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

- Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.
Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Laura's condo was just gorgeous! It looks exactly like the photos. The view is breathtaking, the decor was stylish, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Laura was gracious enough to allow an early checkin, as we arrived in town earlier than expected. The condo is also pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog, but you could not tell any pet had ever stepped foot inside because everything looked brand new and smelled so clean! The beach was just steps away, and the rental comes with a complimentary umbrella and beach chairs. It was also close to lots of shopping and restaurants but still felt very private and serene.
