From November 12, 2024, to January 7, 2025, Building 3 will undergo maintenance. Prices have been discounted to reflect this work. Balcony access for Maravilla 3103 will be unavailable from December 10, 2024, through January 7, 2025. Crews typically work between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend breaks depending on progress.

Supplies Provided:
We supply dish soap, an initial stock of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags for your arrival. Guests should plan to bring additional essentials, such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and personal items for a comfortable stay.
