Maravilla 3303 – Gulf View Condo

Maravilla 3303 is located in Building 3, about midway of building 3, approximately 75 yards from the beach. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog-friendly with certain breed restrictions. Beach service for two is included with our Destin vacation rentals from March 1 until October 31st each year.

***Maravilla will be having exterior painting done thru Spring Break.  Updates and painting on the balcony side of our building are completed and will not disrupt guest use of balcony***

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall, and holidays, unless booking last-minute.

What’s Provided & What to Bring

Beach Condos in Destin provides:

• Dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods

• An initial supply of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)

• 1 roll of paper towels

• Hand soap

• 2 kitchen trash bags
   

We recommend bringing:

Toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee & filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and any additional items you may need for a comfortable stay.
