Great location. The condo was updated and beautifully. The 2nd sleeping area is literally a set of bunkbeds set up and no room to put luggage or clothes. That made things a little tight for us but other than that Laura had VERY detailed instructions which came in handy and made it a smooth stay. The location and interior decor were our favorite parts.

We had a wonderful time. The place was in a great location with a beautiful view and just a short walk to the beach. This was our 2nd time staying at this resort and we will stay again.

This is the 7th spring in the row that my daughter (and now granddaughter) have visited Destin. We have stayed at a different property until this year but that price sky rocketed. This was reasonably priced for the week. Direct view of the beach. It was very clean and we enjoyed the week very much. The pool was very nice to have also with a small toddler. Walking my two doodles was easy too!

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is literally across the street from the ocean and walking distance to some fun restaurants. We were willing to compromise on a few things because of where it is located but were pleasantly surprised with it all. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and everyone slept well on the mattresses. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. 10/10 would recommend. (VRBO Review)

We have always stayed in the Cottages at Beach Retreat, none were available for our dates. Tried the Condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. The views are fantastic. Proximity to beach is great. Would totally stay here again and again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all of my years, I have never been SO thrilled with a beach rental. Upon arrival, I was delighted with the excellent parking area. Every square inch of the condo was spotless and well maintained. I honestly do not think the VRBO description does it justice. You can simply sit on the couch and enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful view, or open your door and walk 30 yards and be standing on the spotless beach. My communication with Renee was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was able to bring my dog along, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend and will be back.

Check in was super easy and our small dogs were welcome! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and meeting new friends. Beach access was super convenient and beach service was appreciated! Just wish the weather was as nice as our condo!

Great condo which is well maintained and is stocked very well with all essentials. Owners are very good to work with and checkin and out was very easy. Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 near restaurants and on beautiful stretch of beach. Would definitely recommend any of these owners properties as we have stayed at several of theirs and all were well maintained and nicely decorated,

The unit was clean and comfortable. Kids slept well in the bunk beds and enjoyed having their own bathroom. The master bedroom was comfortable and the master bath had plenty of room. We make a lot of our own food during the week and the kitchen had everything we needed. Access to the beach was a breeze due to being right on the ground floor and right across from the beach access. We were also within walking distance to 2-3 restaurants. The patio was a great place to look at the ocean and people watch as folks of all ages walked, ran, rode bikes, walked dogs, and skateboarded along the sidewalk. The pool area was very clean and not crowded during our stay. I would stay here again.

We spend a week in Destin every year, and you just can't beat this location. Tons of amazing restaurants around, lots of shopping and fun things for the kiddos to do. Plus, the Beach Retreat is steps a way from the beach, and there is a gigantic pool on the premises. We were very happy with this condo as the kitchen is updated and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation!

Absolutely perfect. Grandkids loved the clean beach and water. The pool was great and other vacationers were cool. Dog was happy and every pet owner did a great job cleaning up behind them. The maintenance crews for the lawnscaping were awesome. The Condo was just right for the 6 of us. Kitchen and supplies were more than adequate. Hardly watched any TV but when we did it worked great. The area speaks for itself. You do have to like crowds though, but as we went at the peak of the season, we expected that. Only suggestion is that the sofa bed mattress was too thin for an adult. Other than that, looking forward to going back for week 2 next weekend. Oh, we definitely liked being on the ground floor. Thanks. We would recommend to our friends. Frank and Deb Giles

This is our second time staying here for a total of three weeks. This week was spring break for a lot of students. The ones I met while walking my dogs were nice! My only issue was with the rental motor scooters, two and three wheeled. I don't think any of them have mufflers! I think I'll write a letter to the city! LOL!

Beautiful Property and the perfect size for a family of four like ours. We love that we can walk to so many places from the condo and it is one of the nicest ones we have stayed at over our 6 years of coming to Destin. We would stay here again for sure.

The condo was exceptionally clean and roomy and adequately met the description. The check in and out process was the best I’ve experienced. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Loved that it was pet friendly!

The view is perfect. The weather was a bit cool but with the nice accommodations it did not matter. Walking distance to Pompanio Joe’s and, my favorite part, pet friendly. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect.
